How long does shipping take for heavy sim rigs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Due to the weight and size of our professional cockpits, orders are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Are Trak Racer cockpits compatible with my wheel and pedals?
Yes, our rigs are designed with universal pre-drilled mounting points that support all major brands, including Fanatec, Simucube, Thrustmaster, and Logitech.
What is your return policy for racing hardware?
We offer a 14-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for large simulator frames are the responsibility of the customer.
Do the cockpits come with a warranty?
Every Trak Racer frame comes with a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects, while electronic components and accessories are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
Can I upgrade my rig with additional accessories later?
Absolutely. Our modular design allows you to add monitor stands, keyboard trays, shifter mounts, and motion systems to your existing frame whenever you are ready to level up.
